The Conditional Use Permit is not a building permit and the applicant must apply for <br /> and receive approval of all required permits before construction may begin. <br /> 2. The applicant must apply for and receive approval of all required sign permits before <br /> signage may be installed. <br /> Background/Discussion <br /> The applicant is requesting CUP approval to establish a 5,389 square foot physical recreation facility in <br /> the Hillside Crossing PUD. Physical recreation facilities are listed as a conditional use in the PUD <br /> agreement,requiring the CUP application. <br /> Anytime Fitness has been in Elk River since 2004 and is relocating from their current location in the Elk <br /> River Crossing PUD. The move gives the applicant an opportunity to expand and grow her business. <br /> No structural changes to the building are proposed and parking is consistent with the PUD agreement. <br /> Planning Commission <br /> The Planning Commission did not have any comments and the item passed unanimously. <br /> Public Hearing <br /> The applicant introduced herself and was available for questions from the Planning Commission. <br /> Financial Impact <br /> None <br /> Attachments <br /> ■ Planning Commission packed dated February 11, 2014 <br /> POWERED By <br /> AR <br />
