They have already reserved and paid for the band shell and pavilion. They are <br /> also requesting to place a moonwalk in the grass next to the band shell. They expect 100+ <br /> people to take part in this event. Please refer to the attached application for additional <br /> information. <br /> Staff believes this park use request qualifies as a "Major Park Use". <br /> Recommendation <br /> Staff recommends that no additional fees or deposits be required of this group. <br />
