Call Meeting to Order <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof,the meeting of the Elk River Parks and <br /> Recreation Commission was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Chair Anderson. <br /> 2. Discuss Parks Capital Improvement Fund and Prioritize Projects <br /> Mr.Hecker presented his staff report regarding the Parks Capital Improvement <br /> Fund and prioritizing the projects. <br /> Commission members preferred the following list as the order of importance. <br /> 1. Trail repairs and connections ($100,000) <br /> 2. Parks Master Plan ($45,000) <br /> 3. Parks Master Plan Needs Assessment ($15,000) <br /> 4. Playground Safety($6,000) <br /> 5. Orono Park Improvements ($51,000) <br /> 6. YAC well and irrigation ($35,000) <br /> 7. Dog Park irrigation and trees ($6,000) <br /> 8. Forrest Management ($9,000) <br /> 9. Culvert and trail improvement ($9,000) <br /> 3. Adjournment <br /> There being no further business, Chair Anderson adjourned the meeting of the Elk <br /> River Parks and Recreation Commission at 8:12 p.m. <br />
