At the direction of City Council, staff investigated the desire of <br />the remaining property owners on Pascal Street to having the entire road paved. We did this by <br />means of a mailed survey. <br /> <br />The survey was mailed to nine property owners with a returned questionnaire. Eight of the nine <br />questionnaires were returned as of today's date. Seven of eight of the responses favored the road <br />remaining gravel, with one response in favor of paving the road. As a result of the responses we <br />recommend that the road remain gravel until a majority of the property owners request that the road <br />be paved.
