A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR AN O r <br />STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, the Elk River City Council on October 15, 2012, ordered the preparation of a <br />feasibility report by WSB & Associates, Inc. for the 2013 Street Improvement <br />Project; and <br />WHEREAS, a neighborhood meeting was conducted by city staff and WSB & Associates, Inc. on <br />December 13, 2012; and <br />WHEREAS, on January 7, 2013, the City Council approved the Feasibility Report and scheduled <br />the public improvement hearing for February 4, 2013; and <br />H E REAS, the City Council held a public hearing to discuss and consider the improvements on <br />February 4, 2013; and <br />WHEREAS, on February 4, 2013, the Elk River City Council ordered the 2013 Street <br />Improvement Project and directed WSB & Associates, Inc. to prepare plans and <br />specifications consistent with the ordered improvements, pursuant to Resolution <br />13 -07, <br />2. The City Council hereby directs staff to mail official notice to the affected property owners <br />to include the individual amounts of the proposed assessments. <br />Passed and adopted this 15th day of April, 2013. <br />f <br />Jo J.
