• RESOLUTION 13- 15 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> A RESOLUTION TO ADOPT A WASTEWATER TREATMENT FACILITY PLAN <br /> FOR SUBMISSION TO THE MINNESOTA POLLUTION CONTROL AGENCY <br /> WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Elk River recognizes the need to modernize and update its <br /> Wastewater Treatment methods and has identified future capacity problems of its existing <br /> Wastewater Treatment Facility,and <br /> WHEREAS, Bolton&Menk,Inc.has been retained as Consulting Engineers to prepare a Wastewater <br /> Treatment Facility Plan for the purpose of submitting such plan to the Minnesota Pollution <br /> Control Agency,and <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council in and for the City of Elk River, <br /> Minnesota as follows: <br /> 1. The City Council does hereby adopt the proposed Elk River Wastewater Treatment Facility Plan as <br /> presented by Bolton&Menk,Inc. as Consulting Engineers. <br /> 2. That the appropriate city Officials are hereby authorized and directed to submit the city's Wastewater <br /> Treatment Facility Plan to the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency for review and approval. <br /> • Passed and adopted this 18th day of March 2013. <br /> 1\ tee' <br /> J.1 J.
