ELK RIVER LIBRARY BOARD MINUTES <br />September 10, 1998 <br />Linda Ritchie <br />Elly Kretsch, <br />Eleanor Holm, <br />Murray McNair <br />Robert Jones <br />Chair present <br />Vice Chair absent <br />Secretary present <br />absent <br />present <br />Also present: Mick Stoffers, Librarian-Steve Wensman <br />A special meeting of the Library Board was called to order <br />at 10:00 a.m. by Chair Ritchie. Steve Wensman from the <br />City presented the Board with estimates for the landscaping <br />and sign for the new parking lot project. After much <br />discussion a motion was made by Eleanor with a second by <br />Linda to accept the bid from Better Yards for the landscaping. <br />All in favor. Steve will pursue a third bid for the sign <br />and the Board gave approval to his plans for this project. <br />Mick presented 2 bills.
