CITY OF ELK RIVER <br />SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE <br />SPECIAL CLOSED MEETING OF THE <br />ELK RIVER CITY COUNCIL <br />Monday, May 17, 2010 <br />5:30 p.m. <br />Elk River City Hall <br />13065 Orono Parkway <br />Elk River, Minnesota <br />I, Stephanie Klinzing, Mayor, hereby request a special closed meeting of the Elk River <br />City Council on Monday, May 17, 2010, 5:30 p.m., at Elk River City Hall, 13065 Orono <br />Parkway, Elk River, Minnesota. <br />The purpose of the special closed meeting is to discuss litigation strategy for the Elk River <br />Landfill lawsuit pursuant to Minnesota Statute 13D.05, subd. 3(b), Attorney-Client Privilege. <br />In accordance with State Statute, I hereby request the city clerk to post this notice at least <br />three days prior to the meeting date.
