The items <br />below summaxi~e the 201 o goals identified fox Lori Johnson, City Administrator <br />Bacx~~I~iscu~sion <br />Delegate mope and tape steps, through further direction, education o~t• training, to ensure that all <br />employees axe carrying out all the required duties of their jabs. <br />Be more forthright with opinions about city issues when addressing the city council. <br />Increase regular visits to city hall satellite buildings public safety, f~xe stations, public works, park and <br />recreation building, and sewer ~.•eatment plant}. <br />Develop proposal fox staff team building and recommend budget xequirem.ents this is currently not <br />budgeted fox 2010} fox city council action to be implemented in 2010. <br />Lead staff in a coordinated effort to compile a list of priority projects, visions, and/or plans to be <br />presented to the city council for consideration. <br />Increase written communications to direct city staff as follow-up to meetings where verbal directions <br />have been given, <br />Timely and effectively communicate council decisions to staff. <br />The city council also changes the annual city administrators performance review from January/February <br />to September. The city council will xeview the progress and outcome of these goals with the city <br />administratox at a meeting in September of 2010.
