On <br />Thursday evenings an open gym program is offered through the Parks and <br />Recreation Department. The idea is to continue to offer the open gym program in <br />half of the gym and allow local youth athletic association to rent the other half. <br />The response has been very positive in that it took only a week for all the open <br />spots to be rented for the remainder of the winter and spring schedule. <br />Tanuary Programs <br />• Karate <br />• Women's Volleyball <br />• Co-Rec Volleyball <br />• Pre-School Tumbling <br />• Parent and Tot Tumbling <br />• Parent and Tot Open Playtime <br />• Jump -Jive -Exhale <br />• Open Gym <br />• Eager Elks Soccer <br />• Outdoor Skating Rinks <br />• Intramural Basketball <br />• Cold Bear Challenge <br />Special Marketine Efforts <br />Special marketing efforts were focused on the following programs in January: <br />• New Open Gym Schedule <br />• Mad Science -Non-School Day <br />• Winter Women's Volleyball <br />• Winter Co-Rec Volleyball <br />• YMCA Gym Rentals <br />• Cold Bear Challenge <br />• Beginning Production of Summer Program Guide <br />
