The conduct related to a situation in <br />which Mr• Touchette was acting pe~csonally as the managing brol~e~: of Rock Solid <br />Companies in a dispute over a delinquent electric bill with Ells River Munici al Utilities. The <br />Ci C p <br />ty ouncd directed the issue back to the Utilities Commission for further investigation. At <br />the January 12 Utilities Commission meeting, Cornmissionex Gumphrey re uested that those <br />q <br />involved in the dispute could submit to Troy Adams, Director of ~ erations, their <br />p <br />comments about Mr. Touchette's conduct, Commissioner Gumphrey asl~ed that I et a <br />g <br />copy of the comments submitted and fo:~vard them to the City Council fo~• discussion, <br />Attached are the comments received f~•om ERMU Commissioners, em to ees, and Peter <br />py <br />Beck, City attorney.
