In 1995, the area around the dwelling was annexed into the City of Elk River. <br />The applicant's proposal is to split the property into three parcels; Parcel A for a new <br />dwelling, Parcel B for the existing home and structures, and Parcel C as vacant unbuildable <br /> <br /> <br />
