He will be working for the Southwestern <br />Company. The Southwestern Company employs college students during the summer <br />months to sell the materials. The students who are selling are doing so to earn money for <br />college. The Police Department is in the process of completing a background check on the <br />applicant. The applicant has submitted the required $100 license fee. <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED <br /> <br />Council motion approving a transient merchant license for Matthew Jackson contingent <br />upon a successful police background check. <br /> <br /> <br />
