Ms. <br />Moore is requesting to sell educational material for students. The material is <br />published by the Southwestern Company. <br />• <br />The Southwestern Company has been selling its merchandise in the City of <br />Elk River for the past three to four years. To date, the City has received no <br />complaints regarding the educational material that has been sold. <br />Melissa Moore is requesting to sell the educational material by going door-to- <br />door in the City of Elk River from the months of June through August. Ms. <br />Moore has submitted her application and application fee.
