OA 97-5 <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Elk River does hereby ordain as follows: <br /> <br />Section 1. Section 900.18 (1) of the City of Elk River Code of Ordinance is <br />here by amended to read as shown in the attached Exhibit A: <br /> <br />Section 2.
