The vast majority o~ those ~n attenda~.ce raised
they hands in support of the project moving forward. Only one ~:esident raised their hand agai~.st
the project moving for~rard. If'
this project moves forward, Y would suggest that it follow the typical schedule that the overlay
in~prove~nents have followed in previous years. That schedule would provide for the preparation.
o£ plans and specifications and bidding of the project before holding a public hearing~assessnaent
healing on the same evening, probably late in July, so that an actual bid will be available a~.d the
public and City Council will l~now exactly what the bid price is fox the project.
