West, Fire Chief <br /> <br />April 14, 2003 <br /> <br />Wal-mart Donation <br /> <br />Item <br /> <br />On behalf of the Elk River Police Department and the Elk River Fire Department, I would like to <br />thank Wal-mart for their donation of $2,000 towards the Public Safety Facility. Assistant Police <br />Chief Jeff Beahen and I have discussed the use of the generous donation from Wal-mart <br />Corporation and have agreed that enhancement of the communications and radio needs within the <br />Emergency Operations Center will be best suited for this donation. <br /> <br />Once again, on behalf of the Elk River Police Department and the Elk River Fire Department we <br />would like to thank Wal-mart Coporation for the $2,000 donation to be used within the Emergency <br />Operations Center in the new Public Safety Facility.
