These pay estimates have been reviewed and approved <br />by RJM construction, architect (BWBR) or department head in charge of the project. <br />The final approved pay estimates for Irving Avenue and Deerfield 3`d Street Reconstruction projects with <br />Redstone Construction Company came in under contract amounts for both projects. <br />A change order in the amount of $6,083 was processed for the School Street/Jackson intersection project <br />which related to the replacement of seven existing loop detectors from the original signal that were not <br />working properly. <br />Financial Impact <br /> Pay Est. <br />Project No. Contractor Amount <br />WWTP Phase II Improv.** 12 Gridor Constr., Inc. $59,600 <br />YMCA project* 15 RJM Construction 49,520 <br />Irving Avenue Street Recon. The construction payments will be approved by the EDA and <br />the City Council.
