The attached aerial photos with notes reflect the following two <br />tasks completed by the HRA: <br />1. Define the study area boundary <br />2. Express along-term vision for the study area <br />Issue <br />Staff is working on the following items to present to the HRA in October 2004: <br />Concept Options <br />Based on the study area boundary and long-term vision of the HRA, staff will develop two <br />or three concept options for the area. <br />Past Research <br />Research of most areas downtown was completed in 2001 for downtown redevelopment <br />planning, including the following three analyses: <br />• Market Analysis <br />• Historical Significance Analysis <br />• . Building Condition Analysis <br />
