The following is a sununary of the agenda items and their <br />potential to conflict with any known cultural, historical or archaeological resources: <br />~.1 - 5.3 -Involve the Plat of Trout Brook Estates - (ZC 04-OS, P 04-08 & CU 04-11) - <br />Although no known archaeological sites have been identified on the property, the plat <br />will involve a lame amount of grading and the potential to unearth something of <br />archaeological significance. Staff recommends the standard condition listed below is <br />placed on this request. In the future, the city archaeological modeling can be used to <br />consider similar requests. <br />5.4 -Ordinance Amendment - (OA 04-O1) - No issues. <br />~.~ -Varney Associates - (CU 04-17} -This request involves the expansion of an <br />existing fitness center -Staff recommends the standard condition listed below is <br />placed on this request. <br />5.6 -Guardian Angels - (CU 04-18) - Tlus request involves the expansion of an existing <br />parking lot -Staff recommends the standard condition listed below is placed on this <br />request. <br />5.7 -Commonweal Development - (P 04-11) -The plat improvements (Carson Business <br />Park) involved with this request will result in extensive grading of the property. Staff <br />recommends the standard condition listed below is placed on this request. <br />
