The area proposed to be utilized for <br />this the sidewalk in front of the garden center and a portion of the parking lot in front of the <br />garden center. Riding lawn mowers will be displayed on the sidewalk. About 64 parking <br />spaces will be used for the display of landscaping materials. The display area will be open <br />during normal business hours and will be in place from 4/1/03 to 8/1/03. <br /> <br /> <br />
