Council Representatives (Voting) to EDA and Ice Arena <br />Action Requested <br />Council motions to appoint the following: <br />Councilmembers to serve as non-voting liaisons for the following boards with terms to expire <br />December 31, 2010. <br />^ Planning Commission <br />^ Parks and Recreation Commission <br />Heritage Preservation Commission <br />Library Board <br />2. One Council representative on the Economic Development Authority with a term expiration that <br />coincides with the term of the Councilmember appointed. <br />One Council representative to the Ice Arena Commission to fulfill Councilmember Farber's <br />unexpired term until February 28, 2010. (_~Text Ice Arena Commission meeting is January- 14 at <br />t>:00 pin.) <br />Background/Discussion <br />Each Councilmember serves as anon-voting liaison between the City Council and the advisory boards.
