At <br />the December 2007 Park and Recreation Commission meeting the Commission agreed in principal to <br />make a recommendation to the City Council that city access to athletic facilities be accepted in lieu of <br />park dedication fees. <br />Financial Impact <br />Park dedication fees for this plat would amount to $100,000.
