This is a new <br />program that will begin in 1995. Attached is a cover letter from Chamber <br />Executive Vice President Jackie Schuelein which reviews the request. Also <br />attached is a brochure which outlines the program. <br />As the Council is aware, no funds are in the 1995 budget for this project.
