MEETING NOTICE <br />CANCELING THE SEPTEMBER 5, 2006 <br />HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br />MEETING & CALLING SPECIAL MEETINGS FOR <br />SEPTEMBER I I, 2006 AND SEPTEMBER 13, 2006 <br />I, Stewart Wilson, HRA Chair, hereby cancel the September 5, 2006 Housing and <br />Redevelopment Authority (HRA) regular meeting due to a lack of items requiring action, and <br />request special meetings of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority on Monday, <br />September 11, 2006 and Wednesday, September 13, 2006 at 6:00 p.m., to be held at the <br />Elk River City Hall, 13065 Orono Parkway, Elk River, Minnesota. <br />THE PURPOSE OF THIS SPECIAL MEETINGS FOLLOWS... <br />The HRA will meet jointly with the City Council and Economic Development <br />Authority on Monday, September 11, 2006 at 5:30 p.m. for a presentation on <br />recent changes to the Minnesota eminent domain law. <br />The HRA will conduct a work session on V~ednesday, September 13, 2006 at <br />6:00 p.m. to discuss the downtown north of Highway 10 redevelopment plan. <br />In accordance with State Statute, I hereby request the city clerk to post this notice at least <br />three days prior to the meeting date.
