At that meeting, <br />it was the general consensus of the City Council that the best option was to go with the Connexus <br />Energy proposal where they would build the system and own and maintain it. The City's <br />participation would be the capital cost for construction of the system and then a monthly <br />maintenance fee, depending upon the poles and light fixtures chosen. <br />The City Council asked for a further discussion with Connexus Energy relative to the options <br />available for more decorative style of lighting. Leo Offerman of Connexus Energy will be in <br />attendance at the meeting and will be prepared to discuss the various options far decorative <br />lighting. <br />Financial Impact <br />The 2008 CIP has $100,000 programmed for the replacement of the lighting along TH 10.
