This tank will be used to
supply fuel to the waste oil furnace in the street division equipment storage building.
The street division collects waste oil from our fleet maintenance division and from the general
public at our used oil drop off site. This used oil is then burned in one of two furnaces that
supply winter heat for equipment storage buildings.
Financial Impact
The SCORE grant provides 75% of the funding or $11,200. The City's contribution is 25% or
$3,800.
