ORDINANCE " 0 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER REPEALING ALL OF CHAPTER <br />26, ARTICLE 11 "TOBACCO" AND ADOPTING NEW SECTION y ARTICLE 11 <br />"TOBACCO" THE CITY CODE OF ORDINANCES <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />.LOWS <br />SECTION 1. CHAPTER , ARTICLE If OF THE ELK RIVER MUNICIPAL CODE IS <br />HEREBY REPEALED, <br />SECTION 2, NEW CHAPTER , ARTICLE 11 OF THE ELK RIVER MUNICIPAL <br />CODE IS HEREBY ADOPTED, AS Lie's: <br />CHAPTER 26, ARTICLE If. TOBACCO <br />DIVISION . GENERALLY <br />Sec. 26-31.
