RESOLUTION 08-PA6- <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING NOT <br />SUMMARY PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE <br />AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ALL OF CHAPTER 26, ARTICLE TT, <br />"TOBACCO."
