The intent behind the CRT
district was to allow existing uses to continue in the area, while maintaining the rural character until such
time as the Council approves a future land use plan and public and private investment can be maximized
toward a final, shared vision. As part of the Commercial Reserve, many higher intensity uses were
allowed as interim, with a time frame of 5 years. Many of these intense uses do not require substantial
site improvements. This project represents the first official interim use application in the area.
Financial Impact
None
Attachments
• Location Map
