RESOLUTION NO. 08- 42 <br />ITS OF ELK RIVER <br />RESOLUTION RA TI G FINAL PLAT P P ROVAL FOR. <br />Renner 4"' Addition <br />Case No. P o, <br />WHEREAS. apphcatioa has been made for final plat approval, pursuant to Section <br />1008.08 c of the Ellr, River City Code of Ordinances, of the property legally described on <br />attached Exl blt A and hereinafter referred to as "the Property"; and <br />WHEREAS, the application for preliminary plat approval has been referred to the <br />Planning CoMMIssion which has given its ad rice and recommendadon to the City Council; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, a pieliminary plat of the Property was approved, by t he City Council on <br />June 16, boo$; and <br />WHERE-AS, the proposed final plat is consistent widi the preli iainaq plat as <br />approved by the City* Council; and <br />WHEREL S, the proposed final plat complies with each of the conditions set forth <br />by the Cite or ncil its approval o the pier ary plat of the Property-, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, E IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF ELK RI"VR, as follows: <br />1. It is hereby detenmined by the City Council for the City of Ells River as follows: <br />A. The proposed subdivision is consistent with the Zonln Ordinance and <br />conforms with aE of its reclw eruents. <br />B. The proposed subdivision is consistent with all applicable general and <br />specialized city, co .nty, and reglonal plans lncl din, , but n.ot limited to, e it 's <br />Comprehensive Development Plan. <br />C.
