These pay estimates have been reviewed and approved <br />by RJM construction, architect (BWBR) or department head in charge of the project. <br />A total change order request of $21,350 for the Elk River Phase II Improvements at the waste water <br />treatment plant has been reviewed and approved by the waste water treatment plant chief operator and <br />the public works director. The change order detail is attached. The construction payments will be <br />approved by the EDA and the City Council.
