I have been the police chief for almost twenty-three (23) years. Prior to that, I <br />was a police officer for the City for fi*e (5) years. The years have gone by fast and it is hard <br />to believe this time has come. BecauSe I am turning fifty (50), I will be able to stay on with <br />the City's health insurance plan per L0ri Johnson, which was one of the major factors for <br />Chris and me in making this decision.i <br /> <br />The Elk River Police Department is 1: <br />because of the great staff that I have <br />years.
