This is the original chiller and is <br />over 15 years- old. The s~,stcm is beginning to fail, coils are leaking, and our building maintenance staff is <br />continually incurring manttenance expenses on the up-keep of the original chiller <br />The bid opening for the roof-top chiller will be A~Ionday, June ?, 2008 at 1:00 a.m. at P:lk 1Ziver City Hall. <br />The bid results ~~°ill be distributed at the City Council meeting.
