Council motion approving a solicitor license to Tracy Fisher through December 29, 2008, with the <br />following conditions: <br />a. Only one (1) solicitor shall approach one residence and no solicitor from the same company <br />can approach the same door again unless invited back by the resident. <br />b. Hours fox unsolicited calls axe limited to Monday through Saturday, Noon to 6:00 p.m. <br />c. Applicants shall carry the solicitor's license and a driver's license ox state ID while soliciting. <br />d. Applicant's shall not knock on any door where there is a sign prohibiting solicitors. <br />Background/Discussion <br />Mx. Fisher with GMG Direct is requesting a license to solicit services fox Charter Communications.
