If so, it may <br />• detour to that Committee; however, Che general consensus of the <br />Local Government and Metropolitan Affairs Committee was not to <br />have the bill go to the Environment Committee. <br />The bill is pending in the Senate where it was passed by the <br />Local Government Committee and is awaiting a hearing at the <br />Environment Committee before it goes to the floor.
