Attendees may stop in anytime <br />during the three-hour time frame. Preliminary designs will be on <br />display including the freeway and expressway alternatives. The <br />project team will be available to answer any questions and <br />gather input. <br />Public participation is an essential part of the plan process. The <br />project team welcomes local residents, businesses, public officials <br />and others interested in the project to attend. <br />When: Wednesday, May 21, from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. <br />Where: Elk River City Hall, located at 13065 Orono Parkway. The facility <br />is handicap accessible.
