He is a graduate of Hennepin Technical College with an <br />Applied Science Video Production Specialist degree. Jacob has been a conscientious employee and would <br />serve the city well in this new position. He would begin full-time status on Monday, May 19, 2008. <br />Financial Impact <br />Jacob would start at Step A, Pay Grade 7, which is in the range fox the Government Access Cable <br />Coordinator position.
