P 08-04 <br />WHEREAS, application has been made for final plat approval, pursuant to Section <br />30 -374 (a -g) of the Ehr,. River City Code of Ordinances, of ffie property legally described on <br />attached E.-du it A and hereinafter referred to as "the Property "'; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITE` COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITE" OF ELK RJR, as o o rs: <br />1 . It is hereby deters ed by the City Council for the City of Elk River as 'oHows: <br />A. The proposed plat is consistent kvi i the Land Use Re0ations and conforms <br />Nvith all of its requirements. <br />B. The proposed plat is consistent with all applicable general and specialized <br />cis, cony, and reg.onal plans including, but not meted to, ffie City's <br />Cornpehensive Development Plan. <br />C. The physical chr raeterisfics of the site, including, but not meted to, <br />topographer, soils, vegetation, susceptibility to erosion and siltation, susceptibility to <br />flooding, and drainage axe suatable for the "e and density of development and uses <br />contemplated. <br />D. The proposed plat makes adequate provision for pater supply, storm <br />drainage, se-wage transportation, erasion control and all other services, facilities and <br />unprovements odie vise ec �-ed herein. <br />E.
