COUNCILMEMBER TVEITE SECONDED THE MOTION. <br />THE MOTION CARRIED 4-0. <br /> <br />Consider Consent Agenda <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER MOTIN MOVED TO APPROVE THE CONSENT <br />AGENDA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />3.1. REQUEST BY PLANT PLACE FOR GENERAL PLANNING PERMIT <br /> FOR A TEMPORARY GREENHOUSE IN THE COBORN'S PARKING <br /> LOT WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: <br /> <br />IF TRAFFIC BECOMES A PROBLEM AROUND THE TEMPORARY <br />SITE, THE SALES AREA SHALL BE DELINEATED WITH A <br />BARRIER TO RESTRICT TRAFFIC. <br /> <br />2. THE GREENHOUSE/GARDEN CENTI~:R BE MAINTAINED <br /> FREE OF DEBRIS AND KEPT IN AN ORDERLY CONDITION. <br /> <br />3. THE LOCATION OF THE GREENHOUSE IS CONSISTENT WITH <br /> THE SUBMITTED SITE PLAN. <br /> <br /> <br />
