Zerwas, Chief of Police <br /> <br />February 4, 2002 <br /> <br />North Star Access <br /> <br />This it to inform the city council that the Eddy Foundation, the parent company of North <br />Star Access, has made another one thousand dollar ($1,000.00) donation to the police <br />department. This donation is a result of us being customers of North Star Access. For the <br />past few years, we have been receiving donations from them and I thought you should be <br />aware of their continued generosity. <br /> <br />What we have done in the past is target these funds towards D.A.R.E. expenses.
