In the short-term, the <br />YMCA for programming purposes could use this space. Some of the cost can be offset by <br />the nominal rent the YMCA may pay. Long-term, this space will be used by City Recreation <br />for programming staff. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Staff recommends that the City Council authorize the expenditure of $2,150.00 for purchase <br />of office furniture for an office at Lions Park Center.
