The Elk River Star News has been the official newspaper <br />for the City of Elk River for the past several years. <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED <br /> <br />Council motion to designate the Elk River Star News as the official newspaper for the City of <br />Elk River for 2002. <br /> <br /> <br />
