This request would include adding <br />therapeutic massage as an accessory use in the Business Park district as professional offices, <br />including medical offices, are a permitted use in the Business Park district. <br /> <br />Attachments <br /> <br /> · Changes to the Zoning Ordinance <br /> · Ordinance No 02- <br /> <br />Overview <br /> <br />Existing Ordinance <br /> <br />Therapeutic massage is currently allowed as a conditional use in the following districts: C1 <br />(Central Business), C2 (Office District), C3 (Highway Commercial) and as a conditional <br />home occupation in all residential districts. A yearly license is also required (Chapter 704). <br /> <br />Analysis <br /> <br />Because medical clinics, chiropractic clinics and personal service establishments often <br />include therapeutic massage as a form of treatment or as an accessory service, these <br /> <br /> <br />
