LR Low Density Residential <br /> <br />Analysis <br /> <br />The property is located at the end of 192 ¼ Avenue and is 9.42 acres in area with a single <br />family home and a pole barn located on the property. The new parcel is located along the <br />western property line of the subject parcel. The parcel to be created is 2 ~ acres which <br />meets the minimum lot area requirements of the Rla District. <br /> <br />The City Engineer's memo notes that the new parcel is encumbered by a large wetland as <br />well as a natural gas main easement, which limits the buildable area.
