Attached, please find a purchase agreement drafted by the City <br />Attorney outlining the terms and conditions of the purchase. <br /> <br />Staff recommends that the City Council approve the purchase of park land from Grace <br />Assembly of God Church and authorize the Mayor to sign the purchase agreement on behalf <br />of the City.
