RESOLUTION 00- 61 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING POLLING PLACES FOR WARDS 1, <br /> 2, 3 AND 4 IN THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Minnesota Statute 204B.16(1) requires that the City Council <br />designate by resolution a polling place for each ward in the <br />city; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />there are four wards in the city of Elk River, thereby <br />requiring four polling places. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council designate <br /> the following polling places for Wards one through 4: <br /> <br />Ward 1 - City Hall - 13065 Orono Parkway <br />Ward 2 - Meadowvale School - 12701 Elk Lake Road <br />Ward 3 - Ivan Sand School - 1232 NW School Streeet <br />Ward 4 - Lincoln Elementary School - 600 School Street <br /> <br />Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River this 14th day <br />of August, 2000. <br /> <br />Steph~nie A.
