RESOLUTION 00 _39 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING SHERBURNE COUNTY'S <br />PLAN FOR THE RECONSTRUCTION OF COUNTY STATE-AID HIGHWAY <br />NO. 12 FROM COUNTRY STATE-AID HIGHWAY 13 TO THE EAST CITY LIMITS <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> <br />plans for Project No. SP 71-612-06 & SP 204-020-02 showing proposed <br />alignment, profiles grades and cross-sections for construction, <br />reconstruction or improvement of County State-Aid Highway No. 12 within <br />the limits of the City of Elk River as a Federal Aid Project have been <br />prepared and presented to the City. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That said plans be in all things approved. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk river this 12th day of June, <br />2000. <br /> <br />ie A.
