RESOLUTION 00- 30 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION REQUESTING FEDERAL PARTICIPATION IN UTILITY RELOCATION <br /> COSTS <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> <br />the City of Elk River has entered into prior agreements with Mn/DOT and the <br />Federal Highway Administration involving the construction of a pedestrian bridge <br />over Trunk Highway 169 in Elk River; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> <br />federal funds have been made available to reimburse the State and City for <br />portions of utility relocation associated with the construction of said bridge; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River, <br />Minnesota: <br /> <br />That the Mayor and the City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed for and on behalf <br />of the City to execute and enter into an agreement with the Commissioner of Transportation <br />prescribing the terms and conditions of said federal aid participation as set forth and contained <br />in "Minnesota Department of Transportation Agency Agreement No. 80098," a copy of which <br />said agreement was before the City Council and which is made a part hereof by reference. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted by the City of the City of Elk River this 8th day of May, 2000. <br /> <br />,~andra A.
