RESOLUTION 96- 22 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REVOKING MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREETS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />it appears to the City Council of Elk River, Minnesota, that the roads hereafter <br />described should be revoked as Municipal State Aid Streets under the provisions <br />of Minnesota laws; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Elk River, Minnesota, that the <br />roads described as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br />Railroad Drive from Main Street to Evans Avenue (MSAS Segment 106-030), Evans <br />Avenue from Railroad Drive to Main Street (MSAS Segmem 109-030), and 173rd Avenue <br />NW from TH 10 to the intersection of 175th Street and Tyler Avenue (MSAS Segmem 111- <br />010) be, and hereby are, revoked as Municipal State Aid Streets of Elk River, Minnesota, <br />subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Transportation of the State of Minnesota. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of Elk River, Minnesota, is hereby authorized <br />and directed to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of <br />Transportation for consideration. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted this 22nd day of April, 1996. <br /> <br />RoWer Holmgr~n, Vice Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Sandra Thackeray, City Clerk <br /> <br />CERTIFICATION <br /> <br />I hereby certif7 that the above is a true and correct copy of a resolution duly passed, adopted, and <br />approved by the City Council of Elk River, Minnesota, on the 22nd day of April, 1996. <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br />Sandra Thackeray, City Clerk <br /> <br />230/000-0305.apr <br /> <br /> <br />
